10 air squats with 3 second pause at the bottom

Back Squat (1 RM)

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

5 Deadlifts (275/185)

10 Burpees

If you can not perform quick singles on these deadlifts or string them you should scale weight. This should be a quick/intense wod.
