After almost 4 years of being a CrossFit athlete, I finally took the initiative to follow the path of coaching others in functional fitness. During my years in college I would occasionally spend an hour in the gym, but would lose interest either from lack of measurable improvement or boredom. I began CrossFit after graduating, and have been addicted ever since. The constant variation of the program and the community within the box keep me motivated and continuously striving to improve. After growing up playing almost any sport I could find, I was unfulfilled without a reason to train, but CrossFit has filled that competitive void. CrossFit allows me to compete against friends and most importantly against myself.
Always strive to be better than yesterday, because in CrossFit everybody has something to improve. #neverfinished
