Wallballs (20/14)
Toes to bar
Box Jumps (24/20)
Thrusters (75/55)
3 Rounds w/1min rest between rounds

100 DU’s

Questionable weather reminders!! Remember there is no burpee penalty in place on bad road days…if you choose to come to the box, we want you to get there safely…not rushed! Also, if we need to cancel a class during the winter we will post an announcement on Facebook asap, so keep an eye out!

Also as we hit cold/flu season…if you have a sick munchkin we hate to have you miss the WOD, but for the sake of the other little ones please stay home so we can keep the Praus House as healthy as possible!
