At Crossfit Praus we want to be be able to help you live a healthy lifestyle and improve your fitness. Below are the classes and programs we have in place to help you do just that. Be sure to schedule a time with a coach to identify what program or combination of classes and programs are best for you.

CrossFit Group Classes

Large group training at its finest. Our coaches will help you improve your strength, conditioning, and mobility, in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Our Foundations program gives new members dedicated class time for learning the basic mechanics and movements that we’ll be expecting our athletes to perform in regular classes.

Boot Camp

The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
