Monday through Thursday:  6:00am, 7:00am, *9:30am, 12:00pm, *4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday:  6:00am, 7:00am, *9:30am, 12:00pm, *4:30pm, 6:00pm

Saturday:  *9:30am

Open Gym:

Monday – Friday: 5:15-6:00am

Wednesday, Thursday &  Friday: 3:30-4:30pm

Saturday 10:30am-12:00pm


Refresher Classes: Monday & Wednesday at 6:30PM

New to CrossFit: By appointment. Please contact us to set up the beginning of your CrossFit journey.

(Foundations classes are required for beginners, and are a great option for those getting back into CrossFit.  These classes are focused on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit; providing a knowledge base for entering regular classes with confidence.  These classes promote safety and mechanics, rather than heavy weight and intensity.)

Specialty Classes:

Olympic Lifting: Monday & Wednesday: 5:30pm

Boot Camp: Tuesday: 4:30pm

  1. Hey! I am interested in starting CrossFit. I used to do CrossFit over 2 years ago so I would like to do your foundations class. I am pregnant and understand that scaling will be a must. Wondering if you are currently offering a Foundations class. If so what times do you offer those? Thank you!!
