(Foundations classes are required for beginners, and are a great option for those getting back into CrossFit. These classes are focused on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit; providing a knowledge base for entering regular classes with confidence. These classes promote safety and mechanics, rather than heavy weight and intensity. There are 4 Foundations classes covered over 2 weeks)

Endurance (Spring/Summer): WODs posted weekly
Olympic Lifting: Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30
