Friday:  6:00am, 7:00am, *9:30am, 12:00pm, *4:30pm, 6:00pm

Saturday:  *9:30am

Open Gym:

Thursday &  Friday: 3:30-4:30

Saturday 10:30-12:00

Sunday: Varied…check FB for a heads up if a coach is headed out!

(Foundations classes are required for beginners, and are a great option for those getting back into CrossFit.  These classes are focused on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit; providing a knowledge base for entering regular classes with confidence.  These classes promote safety and mechanics, rather than heavy weight and intensity.

Specialty Classes:

Endurance (Spring/Summer): WODs posted weekly

Olympic Lifting: Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30

Strength Training : Monday and Wednesday: 630PM


All Saturday’s are free Guest days…so bring a friend, or feel free to come check out what CrossFit Praus is all about!
