Monday’s WOD

Warm-up:

3 Sets @ easy pace:
Jog 200m
10 Walking Lunges
5 Strict Pullups
5 Snatch Push Press
5 Overhead Squats
5 Snatch RDLs

Strength: 

Snatch Balance 2-2-2, then 3×2

Build over the first three sets. The weight used on the third set is repeated for the remaining three. Focus on making good reps.

WOD:

Run 400m
30 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
Run 400m
30 One Legged Squats, alternating
Run 400m
30 Dumbbell Push Press, moderately heavy
Run 400m
30 Kettlebell Swings, 32kg/24kg
