a) 4 Clean Pulls + 4 Power Cleans
b) 3 Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Squat Cleans
c) 4-6 Strict Chins

Strength:

Clean with 3 Count Pause in Squat 5×3

WOD:

As Far As Possible in 7 Minutes:
1 Squat Clean, 115#/75#
1 Chest-to-Bar Pullup
3 Squat Cleans
3 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
5 Squat Cleans
5 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
Etc

Extra Work: Front Squat 7RM, then 90%x7x2
