3 Muscle Clean
3 Tall Clean
3 Front Squat
3 Hang Clean
3 Clean

Strength:

15 min EMOM of 1 High Hang Power Clean + 1 Low Hang Full Clean

WOD: 

4 Rounds, each for time:
20 Dumbbell Thrusters
20 Burpees
Rest 2:00
