Warm-up:

EMOM 10, alternating:
a) 5 Hang Muscle Snatch + 5 Overhead Squats + 5 Hang Snatch, empty barbell
b) 5 Perfect Burpees + 10-15 Double Unders

Strength:

WOD:

Upon completing a section, rest until the five minute clock for that section is up.
When time is up for any section of the workout, move to the next section whether you have completed it or not.
