Warm-up:

Complete all of the following, in any order:
50 Russian Kettlebell Swings (25 Light, 15 Moderate, 10 Heavy)
35 Goblet Squats (20 Light, 10 Moderate, 5 Heavy)
20 Half Kneeling Press/side (10 Light, 10 Moderate)
20 V-Ups, 25 Tuck-Ups, 30 Hollow Rocks

Strength:

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5, add 5-10lbs to each of your sets from last week

WOD:

AMRAP 15:
50′ Dumbbell Farmer Carry Walking Lunge, moderately heavy
10 Handstand Pushups
20 Butterfly Sit-Ups
