Warm-up:

7 Minutes @ Easy Pace:
10 Counterbalance Goblet Squats
10 Press in Split, very light, perfect technique
100m Jog

 Strength:

2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk, build to max set, then 3 sets @ 90%

 WOD:

AMRAP 20:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One-legged Squats
15 Pull-ups
