Regular classes M,T,W,F

Thursday: we will have a team WOD at 9am only…this one is a blast, make sure you postpone your trip to the lake one more hour! (members only)

Saturday: 9 am Hope for Cures…guests are welcome, but not exactly recommended, we are doing the same WOD as the entire country vs a WOD we design to be a little more beginner friendly. Let’s blow the roof off our last two fundraisers!!
