Skill:

20 minutes volume accumulation:

15-20 second L-Hold

WOD:

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 Minutes:
2 Burpees
2 Wall Ball
4 Burpees
4 Wall Ball
6 Burpees
6 Wall Ball
etc.
