15 GHD Sit-ups OR 20 Ab Mat Sit Ups

7 Handstand Push-Ups

Modified Option 2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

400m Row

20 Sit Ups

10 Dumbbell Strict Press (light)

Front Squat + Back Squat

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

5×6 (3 front squats/3 back) Building up in weight
