Our entire coaching staff is headed to work at Central East Regionals, so we are closed Friday and Saturday…see you on Monday!

Friday’s At Home WOD:

10 Tuck jumps
10 V-ups
10 Air Squats
10 Grasshoppers (L+R=1)
10 Lunges (L+R=1)

5 Rounds

Saturday’s At Home WOD:

Run 1 mile…stopping every minute to complete 20 air squats

1-2-3 rounds (you pick!)
