Warm-up:

3 Sets:
Row 250m, first 5 strokes legs only, next 5 legs + body, finish remaining distance with full strokes
15 Walking Lunges, medicine ball overhead
15 Superman Extensions w/Pause @ Top

Partner WOD: 

With a Partner, As Far As Possible in 35 Minutes:
Partner A performs 1 Calorie Row + 1 Wall Ball, 20#/14# to 10′ while Partner B Rests. Then, Partner B performs 1 Calorie Row + 1 Wall Ball while Partner A Rests.

Repeat at 2+2, 3+3, 4+4, etc

Extra Work: Overhead Squat 3RM, then 90%x3x3
