Also, if you are doing the Paleo Challenge and missed the “beginning” WOD on Saturday please try to make it to one of the classes tomorrow so we can get your weight/measurements and have you complete the WOD. It is the same structure as today’s but is Burpee Box Jumps and Pull-ups.
Don’t forget, this Saturday is the Praus House Anniversary party starting at 7pm…come ready to have a blast relaxing with old friends, and making new ones!
One more note…there will be no childcare tomorrow for the 9:30 class. Kids are still welcome, we just wont have anyone in the room with them.
