EMOM 16, alternating:
a) 6 Strict Press
b) 10 Squats
c) 8 Ring Rows
d) 16-20 Double Unders


Push Press 10-10-10-10

Build in sets of 10 to a near maximal set. Don’t count any warm-up sets as work. Build to working weights and take small jumps.

8 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, moderately heavy
12 Pushups
16 Double Unders
