5 Power Snatch
5 Snatch
10 Perfect Burpees

Strength:

Low Hang Snatch + Snatch 1RM, then 90%x1x2

WOD:

AMRAP 8:
12 Burpees
9 Goblet Squats, 32kg/24kg
6 Kettlebell Snatch, 32kg/24kg, left arm
6 Kettlebell Snatch, 32kg/24kg, right arm

Extra Work: Row 5k Time Trial

Thanksgiving Week Schedule

Wednesday will have regularly scheduled classes. Thursday will be members only 9:30 class. Friday Closed with an Open Gym from 3-5pm. Saturday is a normal guest Saturday at 9:30.
