We are beyond thrilled to announce that Sherri Van Zuidam and her incredible family are officially a part of the Praus House. Sherri will be joining our coaching staff and bringing with her a wealth of knowledge on all things CF, but especially Olympic and Power Lifting. As part of tradition, Sherri got to pick date night this week, however there is no “Sherri” so we created a little chipper with some of her favorite movements…enjoy!
