DECK OF CARDS:
In teams of 2-3 complete deck of cards.
Approved Movements:
-Box Jumps
-V-ups or Tuck-ups
-Good Mornings
-Wall Balls
-KB swings
-Lunges (weighted or otherwise)
-Ring Push-ups (modify to regular push-ups)
-Erg Calories
-Pistols
*** There will be no joker’s in the deck, but every 5 mins, you and your partner must complete 20 burpees.
*** 30 min time cap 🙂
