10 Wall Slides

5 Dumbell upright row

5 Dumbell hang snatches

Strength

30 Strict Hand Stand Push UPs

50 stricts pull ups or 20 strict Mu’s

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

E3MOM for 5 Rounds

10 Burpees

100 M sprint

Max burpees on return from run (score) until 1.5 minutes

Rest 1.5 Minutes
